The HMC856LC5 is a wideband time delay with a 5-bit digital control designed for timing compensation or clock skew management applications.

Product Description

The HMC856LC5 accepts either single-ended or differential input data, while the differential output swing is programmable from 500 to 1350 mVp-p and allows for loss compensation or signal level optimization. The data inputs to the device are terminated on chip with 50 Ohms to the positive supply, ground, and may be DC or AC coupled. The differential outputs are source terminated to 50 Ohms and may be AC or DC coupled. The control lines are differential CML inputs terminated with 600 Ohms to the positive rail, which supports lower power control options.
