ACURN Series Rectifiers

Comchip’s ACURN series ultra-fast recovery rectifiers have a forward current of 1.0 A and a reverse voltage of 200 to 1000 V. The surface mounted package is leadless so there is no potential for lead damage during the mounting process. The ACURN series feature low power loss and high efficiency and is capable of handling high currents. The parts are RoHS compliant, halogen free, and lead free. Within the 1206 package (3.40 ±0.2 x 1.90 ±0.2 x 0.96 +0.2/-0.1 mm) is a glass passivated rectifier chip (GPRC), which is capable of handling extreme temperature variations. This glass passivated chip features a cavity free junction. The parts are AEC-Q101 qualified by passing the automotive level qualification requirements for discrete products.

The 1206 plastic package is UL recognized and classified as 94V-0.

The terminals are pure tin plated and solderable per MIL-STD-750, method 2026. High temperature soldering guaranteed: 250°C / 10 seconds.
