O3HF Oscillator Series

Fox Electronics' O3HF compact 3.3 V 32.768 kHz oscillator series is an expansion to its HCMOS oscillator offerings. The O3HF oscillators draw a mere 1.5 µA of current and 250 nA of standby current, making them ideal for a wide variety of applications, including real time clocks (RTCs), microcontroller sub clocks, sleep mode clocks, and watchdog timer clocks.

The HCMOS oscillators come in a small 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm package and offer stabilities of +10 ppm to -90 ppm across a temperature range of -10°C to +70°C and +10 ppm to -140 ppm across -40°C to +85°C.

Fox's RoHS compliant SMD oscillators feature a usable supply voltage of 1.5 V to 5.5 V (3.3 V ±10% standard). Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C and storage temperature is -55°C to +125°C. At 25°C, frequency tolerance is +5 ±20 ppm. The HCMOS oscillators feature a gold termination finish.
