Renesas RA0E3 MCUs are an entry-level, general-purpose MCU group in the low-end RA0 series.
The RA0E3 features an Arm Cortex-M23 core with low power and peripherals that are optimized for BOM cost reduction and simple design. RA0E3 MCUs also support 16 KB code flash, 2 KB SRAM memory, a wide operating voltage range of 1.6 V to 5.5 V, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
Ideal for applications requiring a low pin count, RA0E3 MCUs are pin-compatible with RA0E1 (64 KB ROM) and RA0E2 (64 KB ROM) MCUs, offering customers design scalability across the RA0 series.
