The Nitrogen8M Plus SMARC is a high-performance module built on Quad Cortex-A53 processors up to 1.8 GHz with a 2.3 TOPS NPU for accelerated ML. It supports dual MIPI-CSI cameras, an HDR ISP at 375 MP/s, and advanced multimedia with HDMI 2.0a, MIPI-DSI, LVDS, 1080p60 H.264/H.265, and a 3D/2D GPU with OpenGL ES 3.1 and Vulkan. An 800 MHz Cortex-M7 enables real-time, low-power tasks. Industrial connectivity includes CAN-FD, SPI, I2C, UART, USB 3.0, and dual GbE. This version includes 2 GB LPDDR4 and 16 GB eMMC.
