The Nitrogen8ULP SOM is built on the i.MX 8ULP with dual Cortex-A35 cores up to 1 GHz and a Cortex-M33 for real-time control. It integrates Fusion DSP and HiFi4 DSP for low-power audio and ML, plus PowerQuad and Casper accelerators. The module supports LPDDR4 and eMMC 5.1, USB 2.0, SDIO 3.0, 100M Ethernet with AVB/IEEE 1588, CAN, UART, I2C, and SPI. A 2-lane MIPI-CSI input and 4-lane MIPI-DSI display enable 2K-class imaging. Security is enhanced with NXP EdgeLock® for secure boot, key management, and trusted execution. This SKU includes 2 GB LPDDR4 and 16 GB eMMC and operates from -40 ~ 85C
